Bonded with his Nebulan partner Siren, who transforms into his engine and enables his transformation, he gains the enhanced strength, durability and combat efficiency typical of Powermaster technology. 

In vehicle mode, he transforms into a rugged off-road buggy designed to tackle the harshest terrains. Perfect for high-speed pursuits, reconnaissance missions, and rapid strike operations behind enemy lines.
